Peanut Sauce for Spring Rolls (gluten free)

Great dipping sauce for fresh spring rolls. Adjust as you'd like. I use almond butter since we don't usually have peanut butter on hand.

Equipment

  • 1 small bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (almond butter or nut butter)
  • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbs tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 2 tbs honey or maple syrup
  • 2 gloves of garlic minced (I like the Trader Joe's garlic in a jar)
  • 2-3 tbs water, as need (or sauce will be very thick)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together with spoon or small whisk, ready to serve. Add as much water as you'd like until you get the consistency you prefer. Keeps in refrigerator.
